Overview
Viva Energy is an ASX-listed Australian fuel company formed in 2014 when a Vitol-led consortium acquired Shell's Australian downstream business; it sells Shell-branded fuels under licence. Its aviation business has a presence at more than 70 airports and airfields across Australia, and since 2023 it has supplied aviation fuel to the Australian Defence Force under a partnership agreement.
