Overview

AAR Corp is a US-based aviation services company delivering parts supply, MRO repair & engineering, and integrated logistics solutions from its Wood Dale, Illinois headquarters, reporting FY2025 (ended May 2025) sales of $2.8 billion, up 20% year-over-year. Its customers include Delta Air Lines (Trax eMRO software implementation) and the U.S. Navy (E-6B Mercury pilot training joint venture). In November 2025 AAR acquired HAECO's North Carolina and Florida heavy-maintenance operations (HAECO Americas) for $78 million, growing headcount to roughly 7,100 employees as of May 2026 and expanding its position as one of North America's largest independent airframe MRO providers.
