SMART FAST Route 125 (Michigan Avenue) links McNamara Terminal to downtown Detroit's Rosa Parks Transit Center in roughly 45-60 minutes, with reduced frequency in the evenings and on Sundays. Michigan Flyer coaches also run to Ann Arbor and East Lansing for university travelers.

DTW has no passenger rail link at all — if the SMART 125 bus schedule doesn't line up with your flight (it thins out badly at night and on Sundays), budget for a rideshare instead of waiting on the bus.
