The Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx are roughly 45–75 minutes from the airport depending on traffic — the obvious draw, but build in real buffer for Cairo traffic on both legs plus immigration/security.

If you're not on one of those three carriers, most nationalities can still get Egypt's standard visa-on-arrival/eVisa (~$25), but confirm your airline qualifies for the free program before counting on it.
