Overview

Videcom International has designed airline reservation, departure-control and distribution systems since 1972; its Travicom platform, launched in 1976, was the world's first multi-access airline reservations system and by 1987 handled 97% of UK airline bookings. Today the company supplies passenger service systems and GDS connectivity (Sabre, Amadeus and others) to roughly three dozen regional and international airlines.
