Overview

Unifi is a North American aviation services company formed in 2018 when Delta Air Lines sold a majority stake in its DAL Global Services subsidiary to Argenbright Holdings, which holds 80% with Delta retaining 20%. It describes itself as North America's largest aviation services provider, with stations at more than 240 airports and over 45,000 employees, covering ground handling, cargo, security and facility services. Its brands include Prospect Airport Services and Up & Away Aviation Detailing.
