Overview
Founded in 1960 by American Airlines and headquartered in Southlake, Texas, Sabre runs a global distribution system and the SabreSonic passenger service system used by airlines worldwide. As of 2026 the company has been restructuring around AI and agency tools, having sold its Hospitality Solutions division to TPG and signed a $1.56 billion technology partnership with Coforge in 2025, alongside a 2026 corporate rebrand. Its Radixx subsidiary (acquired 2019) continues to serve low-cost carriers, powering BermudAir with the Radixx Res PSS in 2025.
