Phoenix-headquartered Honeywell Aerospace (founded 1936) makes avionics, engines, auxiliary power units, and satcom hardware including its JetWave terminal family, generating roughly $15 billion in 2024 revenue with about 40,000 employees. In February 2025 Honeywell announced plans to spin off Aerospace into an independent, standalone public company, a separation that was nearing its stand-alone debut as of mid-2026.
