Overview
Embross traces its roots to IBM's travel-kiosk business (acquired in 2015) and describes itself as vertically integrated, building both the hardware and software behind its Odyssey CUPPS common-use platform, CUSS kiosks, self-bag-drop units, e-gates and queue-management systems. It serves more than 150 airlines and airports, with 2025 Canadian deployments at Edmonton, Victoria and Kelowna International airports replacing legacy incumbents.
