The Brussels Air Museum occupies the aviation hall of the Royal Museum of the Armed Forces and Military History in Cinquantenaire Park. Established as part of the broader military museum founded in 1923, it holds one of the largest aircraft collections in the world, spanning from WWI biplanes to modern jets. The collection originated from roughly 900 pieces gathered after WWI, including equipment abandoned by German forces in 1918.
