A–Z
Alpha to Zulu
One clue per letter · five minutes of fuel · a new board every day
Loading the strip board…
Every strip is named after its letter in the aviation phonetic alphabet, the one pilots and controllers use to spell out callsigns over the radio: ALFA, BRAVO, CHARLIE all the way to ZULU. The clues cover aircraft and how they fly, air traffic control, airports and airlines, and travel. Stuck? Put the strip in the holding pattern and come back to it once the rest are answered. Want the background? Read about the phonetic alphabet or start with Aviation 101.
A new daily board starts at midnight on your device. Your progress and streak are saved in this browser.
