Nanjing Lukou International Airport is connected to Nanjing and the wider China transport network by multiple ground transport options.
Nanjing Metro Line S1's Lukou Airport Station links the airport directly to Nanjing South Railway Station in about 35 minutes for CNY 7, running roughly 06:00–22:40, with easy transfers onward into the main metro network.
Two airport shuttle routes run from Nanjing South Railway Station and Nanjing Railway Station's East Square, departing about every 20 minutes and taking 40–80 minutes depending on traffic and stops.
Taxis queue outside the arrivals hall; the airport connects to the city via the S55 Ningxuan Expressway.
