Pulkovo runs business lounges in both its domestic and international zones — a main Pulkovo Business Lounge on the domestic side and a separate International Business Lounge airside past passport control — offering the usual seating, food, and drink for a paid day-pass, airline status, or lounge membership.
Priority Pass lounges are technically still listed at Pulkovo, but redemption can be unreliable given the broader sanctions disruption to card networks in Russia — bring the physical Priority Pass card rather than relying on the app, and have a cash backup in case a day-pass purchase is your only option.
