Priority Pass access normally covers the Dasman and Pearl lounges (Terminal 1) plus Al Mubarakiya (Terminal 4), but with Terminal 1 shut, Al Mubarakiya in Terminal 4 is the most dependable option for now — verify current operating lounges for your specific terminal before relying on Priority Pass, and note that as an alcohol-free country, no lounge in Kuwait serves alcohol.
