Lounges at KIX
KIX's proper lounges are almost all airline-operated (JAL, ANA, Cathay Pacific, etc.) inside Terminal 1 airside, reserved for premium-cabin or elite-status passengers rather than open Priority Pass access; Terminal 2 (the LCC terminal) has essentially no lounge facilities.
Priority Pass access at KIX is limited to essentially one option, Airport Cafe Lounge NODOKA in the landside Aeroplaza building — it's a cafe-style space, not a full traditional lounge, and it's before security, so use it only if you have time to clear security afterward; don't count on any Priority Pass lounge airside or in Terminal 2.
