Fukuoka Airport's lounges are mostly domestic-carrier facilities (ANA's Sakura Lounge and JAL's Sakura Lounge) in the Domestic Terminal, since Fukuoka is primarily a domestic hub with a smaller International Terminal.
Most lounges here are for the airlines' own status members and premium-fare passengers rather than Priority Pass — if you're not flying ANA or JAL business or status, don't count on lounge access at Fukuoka.
